I have compiled a list of websites which provide free sms to U.A.E

wadja:- The Site is cool , sign up required though! The best part about it is it even gives delivery reports if the sms reached or not ! Downside, Adverts at da bottom of ur sms ! but well will do!

TalkSmS:- works gr8 160 chracters no adverts ! downside , limited number of sms . that means u gotta make a new acount from time to time ....( any thing for a free sms )
