The market for such premium numbers is booming . Mobile stores buy sim cards in a lot and filter out the Fancy & trendy numbers to be sold separately at premium price .

I really don't know if this is permitted . Etisalat never interfered . So I guess they are pretty cool about it .

The Usually print the numbers on a piece of paper with its price as the heading and post it on their entrance or desk where they are clearly visible to the customers inside as well as outside the shop .
