Against my friend's reccommendations I got a Du phone card a few months back. They were right to warn me off them. Ever since I got the phone, it has been nothing but trouble. Calls do not get through, but a few hours later I will get a text saying I got a missed call from a number, sometimes days later! Text messages come through hours late, which basically means I am uncontactable. And the best part is, if you do not use your credit within a certain time period (15 days) Du cancel the credit. I bought Dh150 2 weeks ago, left the country for 10 days and after 3 days my credit gets cut off and I can't make calls. Money down the drain and straight into Du's pockets. I am the only person I know with a 055 number and after today I am back to Etisalat. How do they expect to gain customers when there service is so bad??
