I am tried of apologizing , for my laziness to you people .So we wont go on the same road again.

After an exponential rise in the rent in residential units over the past few years the rents are finally coming down. The rent drops are noticeable in the big and new buildings.

Reasons could be many . But the way I look at it  , its the whole supply & demand law. Heaps of people have left the country , consequently lots of residential units have got vacant. So the supply surpasses the demand and the rent goes down . ( Finally… )

Many of my sources have told me that lots of people are leaving this summer. Labor camps are getting empty as many construction companies are going out of business due to the current financial situation. People are ‘Canceling’ their visa and telling this city of gold a ‘ Good bye ‘.

There was a speculation , that one of the main Indian Schools in Dubai , the Indian High School has thousand of transfer certificate applications.  It can be clearly inferred that a lot of people are leaving this summer.

The Ministry of Social Affairs has a completely different view point about this  .  They say that the number of people leaving the country is equal to the number of people entering it. So they say , it doesn’t really matter. The population is in a equilbrium.

I don’t  know why people are coming here at the first place. No one is really hiring . The big companies are actually kicking out people.So where exactly are the new people going ? where are they getting employed ?

You look at it at a teen’s perspective, its disastrous ! The only little fair scope of employment we had was with the big companies . So now its all on your contacts. You’ve got a social base , u ll get hired.

As a part of my ‘Self-Search’ program ( Ye , I do that once in a while ) , I had the internet at my place disconnected for over 2 weeks.I wanted to know what it would be to be a webmaster with no web any more .It was hard .

A person like me who spends over 3 hours of his day on the internet doing and searching stuffs was THIRSTY for internet now .It was more like a ‘ fish being removed from water ‘ kind of feeling in the initial days .But later on I just accepted the fact there was no getting around this one .

I actually was surprised to see how much more free time I had . I had time to do stuffs which I would nver do eitherwise .I used to sleep only 5 hours a day and now I slept 7 .It was actually nice , Feeling a lot more at ease than before .

Though I am getting Back my internet by today , most probably .Using internet is not gonna be same any more .

Life with out internet was a Successful experiment .

Life  my friends is full of surprises. After my horrible last week encounter , I had to go again to the same place to get my hair styled up for a party . I really didn’t want to go there but had no option.

I took quite a piece of my balls to go there and face him again . I really didn’t know if I would make it out of the shop clean .

He smiled ( The gay kinda of smile ) and asked me what kind of hair styling was I looking for .I replied .He started off with giving me a hair wash . ( Hair wash for the hair on my head , Do not MISUNDERSTAND ).I really have no idea why was he taking so much time . It was freaky , His hands in my hair .

Then he applied some wax and spiked it all up . He did his job well , it was all good .  I was all set to rock and roll.

He was good at what he did , But well he was gay . So a ” Gay Professional ” .

Why do male professionals  in the fashion and cosmetic sector turn out to be kind of gayish ?

After the other telecommunication provider du popped up to end the almost forever monopoly of the ruthless etisalat , it quite brought with it a dilemma for the consumers .It kind of made it confusing , which one to opt for DU or Etisalat?

Each one had its own pros and cons .Du didn’t have all that good coverage and using etisalat for short duration calls sucked .

You couldn’t let go of your old number because all friends and peers already have it and you don’t wanna go through the number distribution process all over again.So you would rather prefer to stick on to the old etisalat  number even if you wanted to change to du .

Du on  the other hand is one of the most unreliable service providers I have come across. Signals are weak , calls dont get conencted , sms get delivered late but the only plus point is the per second pulse which could save you a lot of money at the end of the month.

But if you carry 2 cell phones , You can receive calls on your etisalat mobile and call back using the du  mobile.Trust me , It may seem a little off beat in the starting but it really enables you to make most out of your credit .

It kind of stinks to carry two cell phones in the starting but slowly you get used to it and becomes a part of your routine . I my self carry two cell phone ,and so does my dad .

It wouldn’t hurt if you saved few fills on every call you made . Just another money saving tip for the recession hit country .
