Winning Etisalat Lottery !

Who doesn’t Like to win a lottery ? Everyone does ! But sometimes greed is a bad thing and reality is just too good to be true. I recently got a call from some unknown number speaking in ‘Urdu’ and telling me that I had won some lottery for 50k AED courtesy etisalat.
But I was fortunate enough of hearing such scam cases before. They get calls from such people claiming they have won a lottery and then they ask them to send them 1000 AED worth of etisalat credit as Processing charges and then disappear. Few of my folks were stupid enough to transfer such big amount to them.
My response when they said I won the lottery was simple . ” Wow , so good, do one thing keep the prize to your self ” . Nice ye ?

Happened with me. I didn’t understand a word, so I asked him to speak either Arabic or English. Then when I realized what he was telling me, I told him I would call the police. Not surprised, he hung up. Not very fond of Dubai police, I decided to leave the scammer alone.
ya i have the same story today but thx GOD i didnt send any money to them i call to the etisalt and ask them if they have such a promotion and they say NO
A pakisthani guy called from 0567558268 & said that he is calling from Etisalat, Congrads me I won AED.250,000/-. from Etisalat Lottery scheme. I replied him that I have not received any message from Etisalat. Then he said since one week your name have been announcing in FM Radio & Local TV Channals and He asked me to come any LULU center with original passport. then he will give me a money transfer details to me directly. I am writing this for public awareness in the Gulf Region.
